Access H&R Tax Services is the tax and accounting services division of Protocol International, Ltd. The division manager is Bradley William Homan, CPA.

Bradley is a U.S.-licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society, with over 15 years experience preparing complex expatriate and non-expariate tax returns.

After earning his undergraduate degree at Occidental College and an MS Degree in Computer Science at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Brad pursued a career in technology and business in the United States and Japan before earning his CPA license. Prior to joining Access H&R Tax Services his tax accounting career focused on expatriate tax returns for executives at multinational corporations in Tokyo, most recently while with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Brad currently lives in Tokyo with his family.
